Where Fioraa ships, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship
Fioraa currently ships within India only. International shipping is not yet available.
Cost
Standard shipping is charged at checkout and shown before payment. Orders over ₹1,499 ship free.
Express shipping, where offered, is charged separately and shown as its own line in the order summary.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next working day.
Standard delivery normally takes 3 to 6 working days after dispatch. Express delivery normally takes 1 to 3.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, contact us within 48 hours and we will open a case with the carrier.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us the photographs.
Open questions for the owner
- Confirm the carrier(s) and their actual service levels and cut-off times.
- Confirm the free-shipping threshold and the standard/express fees.
- Decide whether to offer international shipping and, if so, who bears customs duty.
- Confirm the window for reporting non-delivery and who absorbs the loss.
